CARROTS WITH TURNIPS
4 carrots, slice
2 cloves garlic, mince
2 small red onions, chop
⅓ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
3 Tbsps soy cheese, grate
2 turnips, slice
3 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
2 Tbsps parsley, chop
½ cup distilled water
Wash carrots and turnips thoroughly, then slice. Place oil in a wok or pan with chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook slowly for 3 minutes. Add carrots and turnips, then Sprinkle, Liquid Aminos and water. Cook very slowly. When carrots and turnips are almost tender, add soy cheese and parsley. For delicious option add torn chard leaves last minute.
Serves 4.

2 Tbsps whole-grain or potato flour
4 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
Egg Replacer equal to 4 eggs
⅛ tsp sweet basil
1 cup salt-free tomato juice
½ cup soy cheese, grate
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Heat olive oil, add flour, stir over low heat for 3 minutes. Add warm tomato juice, Liquid Aminos, basil, Sprinkle and soy cheese. Stir until smooth and melted. Remove from stove and cool. Beat Egg Replacer and add to mixture. Turn into oiled casserole dish, bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. This will make the soufflé very firm. If softer texture is desired, decrease baking time and increase oven temperature.
Serves 4.

2 cups cooked pinto beans
1 onion, cut in strips
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 mild chili pepper, cut in strips fresh cilantro, chop
1 zucchini, thin slice tomato salsa
1 tomato, cut in thin wedges soy cheese, grated
Bragg Organic Olive Oil
Sauté vegetables in olive oil until cooked. Heat beans. Heat tortillas. Assemble by placing 3 cup beans in a tortilla and
topping with cooked vegetables, salsa and cilantro. Serves 6.
