MUSHROOM BALLS
3 cups mushrooms, mince
1 cup raw almond butter
1 Tbsp garlic, mince
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
raw sesame seeds
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds and form into balls. Roll each ball on sesame seeds. Serve on a bed of lettuce with either sliced tomato halves or sliced red radishes.

AVOCADO DIP
2 avocados, mash
celery stalks
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
celery stalks
2 cloves garlic, mash
1 Tbsp Bragg Olive Oil
tomato, carrots and zucchini
Combine avocado, Liquid Aminos, Sprinkle, olive oil and garlic. Put mixture on celery stalks. Serve with carrots, zucchini and tomato wedges on bed of lettuce if desired.

VIETNAMESE SALAD ROLLS
½ lb firm tofu, drain and crumble
½ cup bok choy, finely chop
1 carrot, finely grate
½ yellow bell pepper, dice
1 cup bean sprouts
¼ cup sweet onion, grate
roasted peanuts (to taste), chop
6 — 8 lettuce leaves
DRESSING:
1 Tbsp peanut oil
1 Tbsp chives, mince
2 tsps lime juice
¼ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 inch fresh ginger, mince
Combine tofu and vegetables and mix with the dressing. On a large leaf of lettuce, place one-sixth of the mixture and roll, tucking in the sides as you go. Place rolls on a platter and top with chopped peanuts or nuts of choice. Serves 4.

HIJIKI SEAWEED SALAD
4-oz hijiki seaweed
1 small zucchini, cut in matchsticks
½ cucumber, thinly slice
1 cup sunflower sprouts
8 radishes, thinly slice
2 cups mixed salad greens
MARINADE:
3 Tbsps fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 Tbsp fresh mint, mince
1 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsps fresh cilantro, mince
4 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 inch fresh ginger, mince
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
Soak seaweed for 2 hours, drain and finely shred or tear. Mix with vegetables, marinade and let sit at room temperature for one hour. Serve over salad greens of choice. Serves 4–6.
