MUSHROOM BALLS

MUSHROOM BALLS

3 cups mush­rooms, mince

1 cup raw almond butter

1 Tbsp gar­lic, mince

1 Tbsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

raw sesame seeds

shake of Bragg Sprinkle

 

Com­bine all ingre­di­ents except sesame seeds and form into balls. Roll each ball on sesame seeds. Serve on a bed of let­tuce with either sliced tomato halves or sliced red radishes.

2 avo­ca­dos, mash

cel­ery stalks

1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

cel­ery stalks

2 cloves gar­lic, mash

1 Tbsp Bragg Olive Oil

tomato, car­rots and zucchini

Com­bine avo­cado, Liq­uid Aminos, Sprin­kle, olive oil and gar­lic. Put mix­ture on cel­ery stalks. Serve with car­rots, zuc­chini and tomato wedges on bed of let­tuce if desired.

VIETNAMESE SALAD ROLLS

VIETNAMESE SALAD ROLLS

½ lb firm tofu, drain and crumble

½ cup bok choy, finely chop

1 car­rot, finely grate

½ yel­low bell pep­per, dice

1 cup bean sprouts

¼ cup sweet onion, grate

roasted peanuts (to taste), chop

6 — 8 let­tuce leaves

 

DRESSING:

1 Tbsp peanut oil

1 Tbsp chives, mince

2 tsps lime juice

¼ tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

1 inch fresh gin­ger, mince

 

Com­bine tofu and veg­eta­bles and mix with the dress­ing. On a large leaf of let­tuce, place one-sixth of the mix­ture and roll, tuck­ing in the sides as you go. Place rolls on a plat­ter and top with chopped peanuts or nuts of choice. Serves 4.

HIJIKI SEAWEED SALAD

HIJIKI SEAWEED SALAD

 

4-oz hijiki seaweed

1 small zuc­chini, cut in matchsticks

½ cucum­ber, thinly slice

1 cup sun­flower sprouts

8 radishes, thinly slice

2 cups mixed salad greens

 

MARINADE:

3 Tbsps fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

1 Tbsp fresh mint, mince

1 Tbsp raw honey

2 Tbsps fresh cilantro, mince

4 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil

1 inch fresh gin­ger, mince

½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

 

Soak sea­weed for 2 hours, drain and finely shred or tear. Mix with veg­eta­bles, mari­nade and let sit at room tem­per­a­ture for one hour. Serve over salad greens of choice. Serves 4–6.
