FRUIT PUNCH

FRUIT PUNCH

2 cups distilled water

1 cup fresh orange juice

¼ cup fresh lime juice

1 cup fresh pineapple juice

2 cups unsweetened fresh grape juice

1 cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup raw honey (or Stevia to taste)

2 ripe bananas

Blend all ingredients thoroughly and chill. Serves 4-6.

MINT LIME TINGLE

MINT – LIME TINGLE

18 fresh mint sprigs, chop

¾ cup distilled water

3 cups unsweetened fresh grape juice

¾ cup fresh lime juice

⅓ cup raw honey

Combine water and honey. Simmer 8 minutes. Pour over the chopped mint leaves. Cool; stir into combined fruit juices. Pour over shaved ice in glasses. Serve right away. Serves 4.

CAROB DELIGHT

1 cup rice milk

1½ tsps powdered carob

½ tsp soy milk powder

1 tsp raw honey

1 banana, mash

3 tsps shredded coconut

Put ingredients in blender or mix with hand beater. In a few minutes, you’ll have a delicious drink, a meal in itself. Serves 1.

BANANA CREAM PIE

BANANA CREAM PIE

2 bananas, peel

½ cup fresh raw apple juice

1 Tbsp raw honey

1 raw pie crust

4 bananas, peel, slice

½ cup shredded coconut

2 dates, pitted

Blend the two peeled bananas and other ingredients (except coconut) in blender, then put into a raw pie crust. Now gently place the thinly sliced bananas and shredded coconut over pie top. Chill to set before serving. Serves 4-6.

BLUEBERRY PIE

BLUEBERRY PIE

3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

¼ cup dates, pit

½ cup prune juice

1 raw pie crust

½ cup raw pecan meal

¼ cup raw almond butter

pinch of nutmeg

Soften dates by placing dates in jar which is set in bowl of warm water. Mash with fork. Gradually add prune juice until mixture is of right consistency to make a medium thick filling. Add pecan meal and mix until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Fill raw pie crust and put in freezer for two hours. Serve chilled.
