Fantastic Bragg Fun at the Senior Expo Santa Barbara!

Patricia and The Bragg team had a blast at the Senior Expo, Active Aging Fair presented by Family Service Agency  in Santa Barbara last week, where over 1,000 seniors attended to learn about local services to support them in staying healthy into their later years. Tons of local vendors attended including The Organic Soup Kitchen whose delicious soup fed the masses.

Patricia kicked off her visit with a little boogie to the Live Band playing outside the expo.

Christopher Columbus Voyaged with Apple Cider Vinegar

It’s Columbus Day! Did you know that Mr. Columbus voyaged with barrels of Apple Cider Vinegar to help prevent scurvy? Yes, he did. And so did Captain James Cook. Apple Cider Vinegar has been around since 400BC when Hippocrates, the father of medicine used it to heal, treat and cure his patients ailments.

Darla visits The Ronald Reagan Ranch

Our dear friend Darla visited the Ronald Reagan Ranch Center here in Santa Barbara. Young American’s Foundation saved President Reagan’s Western White House, Rancho del Cielo in 1998 to preserve it as a living monument to Mr. Reagan.

The exhibit gallery features original Reagan Ranch artifacts paired with state-of-the-art, interactive multi-media exhibits that highlight the history of Ronald Reagan’s time at the Ranch, as well as the lasting accomplishments of his presidency.
