  1. Hello Braggs!!! We are, hubby and I, great Braggs Liquid Amino fans. In fact, I took a bottle to a Diabetic support group. We all like to do ‘show and tell” and bring in items which will help us all eat more naturally, and healthfully. As with many diabetics, not only is sugar an issue, so is SALT. I swore off regular soy sauce, some years ago, when a health conscious friend turned me on to Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. When I tell others it contains something like ONE TENTH the sodium of conventional soy sauce, they’re sold! I tell everyone at the diabetes group, or whenever I find myself in a conversation about cooking. My favorite: baby bok choy, sautéed in olive oil, with slices of giant garlic, splashed with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Serve it over brown rice, Shirataki pasta, or by itself, as a wonderful side dish. Yum..
