Thank you for sharÂing, yes we at Bragg do believe that Kale is a super food with many imporÂtant nutriÂtious ingreÂdiÂents. Some of the artiÂcles that I post are from other sources that I canÂnot make changes to, but Kale is defÂiÂnitely an amazÂing vegÂetable with a lot of great propÂerÂties. You can find recipes for Kale in the cookÂbook writÂten by my father, Dr. Paul C. Bragg and I. The cookÂbook is titled VegÂeÂtarÂian Health Recipes.
