Stuff artichoke hearts with a mixture of soy cheese and whole-grain bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Bragg Liquid Aminos and celery, poppy or mustard seed. Place under broiler for a few moments until brown. Cut in quarters, place on toothpick, and serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage.
