NUT PATTIES

NUT PATTIES

1 cup almonds, ground

1 cup raw cashew butter

1 cup wal­nuts, ground

pars­ley, mince (as garnish)

1 cup pecans, ground

1 Tbsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

1 cup peanuts, ground

wal­nut halves (as garnish)

Com­bine ground almonds, wal­nuts, pecans, peanuts, cashew but­ter and Liq­uid Aminos to make pat­ties. Cover each patty with pars­ley and place a wal­nut half on top cen­ter of each patty. Serve on bed of let­tuce. Can be served with slices of avo­cado, zuc­chini, onion, tomato and cucum­ber. Serves 6.
