COLD ASPARAGUS WITH SESAME SEEDS

1 lb asparagus

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 Tbsp raw honey

½ tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

2 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil

Cut off tough ends of aspara­gus, and cut them on the diag­o­nal into 2-inch slices. Drop into boil­ing water for 1 minute. Drain and imme­di­ately plunge into cold water. Pat dry. Toast the sesame seeds in a heavy skil­let over medium heat for 2–3 min­utes, stir­ring con­stantly. Mix vine­gar, Liq­uid Aminos, honey and olive oil in a bowl. Add the aspara­gus and 2 tea­spoons of the sesame seeds. Toss to mix. Refrig­er­ate 1–3 hours, toss occa­sion­ally. Gar­nish with remain­ing sesame seeds before serving.
