¼ cup dandelion stems, chop
½ head romaine lettuce, tear
a few fresh mint leaves
½ cup dandelion leaves, tear
½ cup apple, grated (optional)
Bragg Healthy Organic Vinaigrette or Ginger & Sesame Dressing
Toss all torn leaves, dandelion stems, mint and grated apple
together with Bragg Vinaigrette or Ginger Dressing. Serves 4.
