The raw juices of organic fruits and vegetables are internal cleansers and blood purifiers. These are what we call “the waters of perpetual health and youthfulness”. The rays of the sun send billions of atoms into plant life. We can use this solar energy to attain vigorous health, unlimited vitality and physical endurance.

The miracle solar energy from fruits and vegetables can fight the accumulation of inorganic minerals and toxic poisons you have allowed to be deposited in your body. Fruit and vegetable juices are the natural detergents for the human body. Try to get a quart or more of solar energized (freshly-squeezed) fruit and vegetable juices into your body every day. Go to your Health Store and purchase a juicer and blender. Both of these appliances are important tools in your program of ridding your body of inorganic minerals and toxic wastes. It will probably be the best investment you’ve ever made! Using a juicer, you can make many varieties of juices. Carrot, celery and raw spinach is a wonderful combination. Carrot, beet and celery make a cocktail rich in organic sodium. Apple and cucumber is a great health cocktail. Green pepper and tomato is a real internal cleanser. Raw spinach, beets and watercress will flood your bloodstream with organic iron. Parsley, celery and carrot juiced together is a delicious, healthy combination.

Cabbage juice (Stanford University Medical School discovered helps heal ulcers), onion, garlic, pea-pods, turnip-tops, lettuce, kale, dandelion and endive juices are all packed with vital solar energy, vitamins, organic minerals, trace minerals and enzymes. Fruit juices play an important role in building a clean, healthy bloodstream and energized body. Organic apple, pineapple, cherry, blackberry, orange, grapefruit, prune and apricot juices are the “nectar of the gods”.

Let Natural Food Be Your Medicine
What does food really do in the human body? What relationship does it have with long life and vigorous health — and to disease, misery and physical suffering? How can it be of influence in cleansing the body of inorganic minerals and toxic poisons? We must have a fundamental, deep understanding of these questions before we can fully appreciate the role diet plays in the health maintenance of the living processes, the prevention of human diseases, the restoration of health and the prolongation of life. A balanced diet gives the body nourishment, energy and power.

It’s made up of 60% to 70% organic raw fruit and vegetables; 20% protein from vegetable sources or, if you insist, animal sources; and equal parts of natural sugars (honey, stevia), natural starches (whole grains, brown rice, etc.) and unsaturated fats (Bragg organic olive oil, soy, safflower, flaxseed, and hempseed oils). This balanced diet puts your body on the alkaline side and helps to keep the body internally cleaner.
