JULIENNE BEETS, BAKED

Remove tops from six beets and save them to cook as greens. Wash medium-sized beets (do not peel) and cut into juli­enne strips. Put in bak­ing dish or casse­role. Add 2 cup boil­ing water. Bake at 350°F for 30–45 min­utes with a tight­fit­ting cover. Remove from the oven, add one tea­spoon of fresh lemon or lime juice, one table­spoon of Bragg Organic Olive Oil and a dash of Bragg Liq­uid Aminos. Serves 4.
