JULIENNE BEETS, BAKED
Remove tops from six beets and save them to cook as greens. Wash medium-sized beets (do not peel) and cut into julienne strips. Put in baking dish or casserole. Add 2 cup boiling water. Bake at 350°F for 30–45 minutes with a tightfitting cover. Remove from the oven, add one teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime juice, one tablespoon of Bragg Organic Olive Oil and a dash of Bragg Liquid Aminos. Serves 4.
