NASTURTIUM SALAD
½ head of leaf lettuce, tear
6 or 7 nasturtium flowers
1 full head romaine lettuce
1 cup nasturtium leaves, tear
Bragg Vinaigrette Dressing
½ cup apple, grated (optional)
Tear (do not cut) lettuce and nasturtium leaves into small pieces. Cutting with knife or kitchen shears often gives bitter flavor to salad leaf. Toss salad with grated apples and nasturtium flowers, saving several flowers to garnish top of salad. Add Bragg Vinaigrette and toss together. Serves 3–4.

Thank you so much for the Valentine’s Flower surprise!!! And I hope you
have had a most enjoyable Valentine’s Day yourself with all of your friends and family. The flowers are absolutely magnificent to say the least!!! You fit right in there with the bouquet !!! Like an Angel from the heaven of flowers in all of your glory!—-You look as young as
when I met you in Desert Hot Springs some years ago. I cannot thank you
enough for sharing your ‘Heavenly’ Domain with all of us out here in
the ‘other’ world of lesser beauty. The fotos are such a refreshing sight for tired eyes—can’t feast enough from their absolute Overwhelming radiance.
With much gratitude, Fred.
