SEVEN GRAIN MEAL WITH FRUIT
1 cup blended 7-grain meal, cook
2 Tbsps raw honey
Egg Replacer equal to 1 egg
soy yogurt (to taste)
1 cup stewed fruit, fresh or dried
Combine 7-grain meal with stewed fruit. Stir in beaten Egg Replacer and honey. Bake in an oiled baking dish at 350°F for about 30 minutes until set in the center, as for custard. Serve hot or cold with soy yogurt.
