SOYBEAN LOAF
2 cups soybeans
1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
¼ cup uncooked whole-grain cereal
1 cup raw carrots, finely grate
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 red onion, chop
1 bunch spinach, chop
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
2 garlic cloves, mash
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Soak beans overnight, skim off foam and grind in blender. Cover with soaking water, and cook in double boiler for approximately 1 hour. Add remainder of ingredients to cooked soybeans and pour into a loaf or ring pan. Bake 30 minutes in 350°F oven or until lightly browned.
