SOYBEAN LOAF

2 cups soybeans

1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs

¼ cup uncooked whole-grain cereal

1 cup raw car­rots, finely grate

2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil

1 red onion, chop

1 bunch spinach, chop

½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

2 gar­lic cloves, mash

1 tsp Bragg Liq­uid Aminos

Soak beans overnight, skim off foam and grind in blender. Cover with soak­ing water, and cook in dou­ble boiler for approx­i­mately 1 hour. Add remain­der of ingre­di­ents to cooked soy­beans and pour into a loaf or ring pan. Bake 30 min­utes in 350°F oven or until lightly browned.
