SPICED CARROTS CASSEROLE
15 baby carrots
2 Tbsps raw honey
¼ cup boiling distilled water ½ tsp ginger, fresh grate
¼ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger, fresh grate
Wash carrots thoroughly (do not scrape or pare) and place in casserole. Blend olive oil, honey, cinnamon and ginger together, adding water and mixing thoroughly. Pour this mixture over the carrots, cover tightly and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until tender. Serves 4–6.
