According to research, 12% of Americans have 1 to 2 cups daily. 17% have 3 to 4 cups; 15% have 5 to 6 cups; 10% have 7 to 8 cups; 12% have 8 or more cups and 17% have no coffee at all.

Coffee increases the toxic free fatty acid levels in blood that causes degenerative diseases! “There is a strong likelihood that coffee and caffeine may prove to be one of the most dangerous toxins to human life” Cancer Research. The digestive organs of coffee drinkers are in a state of chronic derangement which reacts on the brain, producing fretful moods – Dr. Bock 1910. Caffeine increases blood pressure, depletes calcium & magnesium from body, elevates cholesterol levels & increases level of dangerous homocysteine in blood. When your coffee high wears off, you feel the drop in terms of fatigue, irritability, headache & confusion.

Don’t use coffee and caffeine products if you want super health!

In May 2017, too much caffeine caused the death of a 16-year-old high school student from South Carolina who collapsed during class last month, according to the County Coroner.
