BASIC GREENS
2 lbs greens
½ cup parsley, chop
¼ cup green onions, chop
¼ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
Steam greens, parsley and onions for 3 minutes. Place greens and some liquid in oiled casserole, add Sprinkle, Liquid Aminos (optional: tofu) and bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.

8–10 fresh mushrooms, of your choice, slice
2–3 tomatoes, slice
1 head romaine lettuce, tear
½ red onion, chop
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
shake of Bragg Sprinkle and Bragg Sea Kelp Seasoning
Combine all ingredients in salad bowl.

SPINACH, APPLE AND RED ONION SALAD
1–2 bunches of spinach, tear
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 apple, core, chop
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1 red onion, slice thin
3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
raw honey (optional)
3 Tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, mincec
For dressing: combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Liquid Aminos, honey (optional) and Sprinkle. In salad bowl, toss spinach, onion and apples and add this dressing.

2 lbs steamed greens of choice
4 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp chives, chop
¼ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 cloves garlic, mince
1 tsp chervil
¼ tsp nutmeg
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Steam the greens. Sauté garlic in olive oil, browning slightly. Place greens and liquid in saucepan, add Sprinkle, chervil and chives. Pour garlic and oil mixture over greens; stir in nutmeg and Liquid Aminos. Serve greens and liquid in bowls.

2 cups papaya, dice
1½ cups fresh pineapple, dice
4–6 lettuce leaves
¾ cup celery, dice
6 dates, pit, chop
2 Tbsps soy yogurt (optional)
1½ Tbsps finely chopped mixed raw nuts or seeds of choice
(almonds, sunflower, peanuts, pine nuts, walnuts, etc.)
Prepare fruit. Combine celery and yogurt. Add raw nuts, seeds and chopped dates. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
