Get Peaceful Sleep – Stop Snoring. In Bragg’s book “Super Power Breathing for Energy,” on pages 99 to 104, there is  information about Snoring, common causes for snoring, sleep apnea, somnoplasty, bedtime remedies and self-help cures.

If snoring is happening frequently, it can affect the quantity and quality of your sleep and that of family members. Snoring can lead to poor sleep, daytime fatigue, irritability and increased health problems.

Somnoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure that can be performed as an in-office surgery. It is done under local anesthesia with typical time lasting 15-20 minutes. The procedure involves using radio frequency heat to shrink relevant tissues leading to the shrinkage of inner tissues. For chronic nasal obstruction – the turbinates are targeted; habitual snoring the soft palate and uvula; and sleep apnea the base of the tongue and other airway structures.

67% of American adults have sleeping problems

The National Sleep Foundation poll taken recently discovered that a whopping 67% of American adults have sleeping problems. For better sleep, avoid a rush to get things ready for tomorrow. This is a time to relax and rest your body and mind. Try an aroma herbal bath or a self-massage with Bragg Olive Oil while showering one hour before bed. Better Sleep Quality in Older Adults Who Maintain Regular Daily Routines

A study in the April 1 issue of the journal Sleep found that the maintenance of daily routines was associated with a reduced rate of insomnia and improved quality of sleep in older adults living in a retirement community. Results of regression analyses indicate that increased stability in daily routine predicted a shorter time to fall asleep, higher sleep efficiency and improved sleep quality…
