We enjoy a clean, healthy diet of raw and lightly cooked organic vegetables and fresh fruits. We have whole grain products when we want them, along with raw nuts and seeds and their butters, and all the delicious beans and legumes. We thrive on this more healthy, natural vegetarian diet. If we felt our bodies needed flesh foods, we would eat them. But we wish to impress upon you to seek organically fed, antibiotic-free, drug-free and hormone-free meats, if you do want them. The Islanders my father met when roaming the South Seas did eat cooked and raw fish, but those years the ocean was clean!
