The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle Gives You Go-Power, Longevity and Happiness!

An excerpt from my book Bragg Healthy Lifestyle Vital Living To 120

We enjoy a clean, healthy diet of raw and lightly cooked organic vegetables and fresh fruits. We have whole grain products when we want them, along with raw nuts and seeds and their butters, and all the delicious beans and legumes. We thrive on this more healthy, natural vegetarian diet. If we felt our bodies needed flesh foods, we would eat them. But we wish to impress upon you to seek organically fed, antibiotic-free, drug-free and hormone-free meats, if you do want them. The Islanders my father met when roaming the South Seas did eat cooked and raw fish, but those years the ocean was clean!

  2. I am becoming more aware every day of the critical importance of a natural and healthy diet and the impact that processed foods have on health. It is amazing that most medical practitioners still fail to see that diet is the most important factor in health and that most diets are deficient in the nutrients needed for good health. I read ingredient lists on products and mostly end-up putting the product back on the shelf. I recently had a look at the approved food additive list on wikipedia and was horrified by what I saw — thousands of synthetic chemicals that are added to food — this must be wrong.
