TUSCAN BEAN SALAD

TUSCAN BEAN SALAD

1½ cups cannellini beans
½ cup black pitted olives, slice
¼ cup red pepper, chop
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup green onions, slice
1 Tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup parsley, chop
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Soak cannellini beans overnight. Drain well, rinse and cover with distilled water. Cook 30-40 minutes until tender. Drain well and cool (save liquid for soup). Mix with vegetables and olives. Mix together remaining ingredients for dressing. Toss all together and chill. Serve over bed of sliced cabbage or lettuce.
