1½ cups potatoes, chop
1 cup onion, chop
½ cup leeks, chop
1 cup celery, chop
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1 cup carrots, chop
2 cloves garlic, mash
1 cup peas or green beans
½ cup organic brown rice
1⅓ qt cold distilled water
1 cup condensed tomato soup
½ cup whole-grain macaroni
2 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Put all vegetables, macaroni (or pasta of your choice), rice and seasonings in large heavy soup pot with tight fitting
lid. Cover. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serves 4–6.
Could cooked mung beans be used in place of the macaroni?

hi patricia…
i’m so happy to see this. and to follow you on twitter. by the way i have one question. i was a bit hypertension and when i took 2TBSP of bragg apple cider vinegar it was cured. i am very thankful with it. bragg apple cider vinegar will be my companion forever. i am actually in child-bearing years and i want to ask if it is still okay to take this during the rest of the trimester… are there any bad effects on pregnancy especially on the first trimester?
thanks so much

Yum, sounds wonderful. Not familiar with the sprinkles. I’ll have to go looking at my natural foods store. Thank you for all the information you provide.
