  1. I am the founder of Al Dente Pasta. In preparing for cooking classes that I will be doing at Whole Foods-Chicago I was looking for an Asian style salad dressing to use with our Spicy Sesame Linguine. I usually make my own dressings, but now that I have found yours I will not only be using it for my personal cooking but promoting it in my cooking classes and on my recipe cards from this point on. It is amazing!
