Healthy Heart Habits for a Long, Vital Life!

Live foods make live people! You are what you eat, drink, and do!

Eat a low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber vegetarian diet of whole grains and pastas, beans, brown rice, fresh salad greens, sprouts, vegetables, fruits, raw seeds, nuts, juices and eight glasses of distilled water daily. Earn your food with daily exercise, because regular exercise improves your health, heart, flexibility, endurance and helps keep the cardiovascular system open.

Only 45 minutes a day can do miracles for your mind and body! You become revitalized with new zest for living. We are made of tubes. To help keep them clean and open, make a mixture using 2 cups raw oat bran and 2 cups psyllium husk powder. Add 1 to 3 tsps daily to juices, pep drinks, herb teas, soups, hot cereals, foods, etc. I also take one Cayenne capsule (40,000 HU) daily with a meal. A good way to prevent clogged tubes is to use lecithin granules [a fat emulsifier]. It melts like butter over hot potatoes, veggies, soups, etc. Take 50 to 100 mgs regular-released Niacin (B-3) with one meal daily to help cleanse and open the cardiovascular system. Skin flushing may occur, nothing to worry about as it shows it's working!

After cholesterol level reaches 180 or lower, take one to two Niacin weekly. Your heart needs a good balance of nutrients, so take a natural vitamin-mineral food supplement with extra Vitamin E (mixed Tocopherols), Vitamin C, Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, Beta Carotin and the amino acid L-Carnitine your heart's super helpers! It's also wise to take a multi-digestant enzyme with each meal to aid digestion. Many people with sleep problems use Melatonin with good results. Also use the amazing antioxidants Pycnogenol (grape seeds extract) or SOD (super oxide dismutase). They help flush out dangerous free radicals that can cause havoc with your cardiovascular pipes and general health. Latest research shows they promote longevity, slow ageing and fight toxins, age spots, arthritis and its stiffness, swelling and pain, and help prevent cataracts, jet lag, exhaustion and disease.
