20 uses for Apple Cider Vinegar!

Today, we wanted to share this great article by Dr. Axe on the many Unique Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar!

Dr. Axe says that:

Apple cider vinegar is one of my top two natural remedies that I use every day along with coconut oil.  I recommend it to my patients and take it personally for several reasons including detoxification, improved digestion and for a quick burst of energy.

Also, I use it for personal care reasons like conditioning my hair, whitening my teeth and as a household cleaner.

New medical research also suggests that apple cider vinegar can help cure acid reflux, lower blood pressure, improve diabetes, and support weight loss.

The benefits of apple cider vinegar come from it’s powerful healing compounds which include acetic acid, potassium, magnesium, probiotics and enzymes.

Make sure when buying apple cider vinegar you buy it raw and with the “mother” which means it still contains the beneficial compounds including probiotics.”

  1. We use Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar! In fact it’s the only Apple Cider Vinegar we use.

We recently had a bad infestation of fruit flies. I poured a about an 1/2″ of the vinegar into a dish and added a few drops of Dawn dish soap, the next morning the dish was filled with dead fruit flies.

I love all of the Bragg products. Thank you!
