Add mashed bananas to whole-grain batter (our favorite), strawberries, blueberries or other fresh fruits alone or mixed, or add nut or seed meats of your choice (pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews or sunflower, sesame or pumpkin seeds). Try experimenting to discover your favorite topping combinations. 100% pure organic maple syrup is our favorite topping.

Enjoy the natural healthy taste of your food without added refined sweeteners. By slowly removing sugar from your diet, you will find yourself enjoying the natural sweetness of foods like fresh fruit, fruit pie, apple sauce and fresh fruit juices. Over a period of time, by using natural sweeteners and fruit juice concentrates instead of refined sugar, your taste buds will enjoy natural flavors more.
