The Bragg Philosophy of Walking

An excerpt from Bragg Book Build Strong Healthy Feet Banish Aches & Pains

Walk naturally with head high, chest up, feeling physically elated. Carry yourself proudly, straight, erect and with an easy action of swinging arms. Go at your own stride and with your spirit free. If the world of Mother Nature fails to interest you, turn to the inner world of the spirit. As you walk, your body ceases to matter and you become as near to being a poet as ever you will be, each step bringing you inspiration.

The Trail to Perfect Health

An excerpt from Bragg Book Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System.

My father and I are very sincere about our fasting program. We know what it has done for us, for the members of our family, our friends, and millions of Bragg health conscious students all over the world. So The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle calls for 4 longer fasts a year, along with a faithful weekly 24 or 36 hour fast. I always fast the first 3 days of every month and all day each Monday. Also, I usually take my longer, cleansing fasts at the beginning of each season.

Remember, it took time for the body to build up toxins, so it takes time to cleanse and unload them! Take your time! Be faithful to The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle. You will reap wonderful, priceless, long-lasting health benefits. Please read our book the Miracle of Fasting as it gives many more details about the many benefits of fasting.
