Juice of ½ lemon

¾ cup soy yogurt

2 apples, grate

2 Tbsps raw honey

2 Tbsps old-fashioned oatmeal

2½ Tbsps raw wheat germ

3 Tbsps walnuts or other nuts or seeds, chop

1 Tbsp sun-dried unsulphured raisins

Soak oatmeal overnight in 4 teaspoons distilled water. In the morning, add lemon juice and soy yogurt. Mix well. Grate apples (unpeeled if organically grown) into mixture. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and eat immediately. Serves 4-6.
