1 cup Chinese cabbage, finely slice
½ cup carrots, grate
½ cucumber, peel, slice
½ red bell pepper
½ cup water chestnuts, slice
½ cup apple, grate
2 green onions, thinly slice diagonally

1 Tbsp tofunaise (see recipe below)
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 Tbsp distilled water
⅛ tsp black or red pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Cut cucumber, water chestnuts, and red pepper into julienne strips and mix with carrots, cabbage and onions. Mix dressing and toss with salad. Serve chilled.

¼ cup distilled water
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 oz firm tofu, cut into pieces
1 tsp Bragg Aminos, to taste
shake of Bragg Sprinkle juice from lemon
1 tsp turmeric (optional for color)

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Yields 2 cups.
