Bragg Live Foods at The American College of Lifestyle Medicine Conference

Bragg Nutritionist, Dr. John Westerdahl attended the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Conference in Nashville last week. The ACLM educates, equips and empowers individuals with information on how to protect their health and fight disease.

Dr. Westerdahl was key in helping to create the vegan menus along with Executive Chef, Michael Folz for the conference. Attendees enjoyed Bragg drinks, dressings and seasonings each day with their daily meals and toted all their health goodies around in our famous green Bragg Bag.

Dr. Dean Ornish was a featured speaker, as well as the incredible, Dr. Ellsworth Wareham,  who at 101 years of age has been following a vegan diet for over 50 years, and still does his own yard work.
