3 cups carrots, thinly slice
¼ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
3 cups celery, chop thin
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2½ Tbsps parsley, finely chop

Add the smallest amount of boiling water possible to the carrots and celery in a saucepan. Add Bragg Sprinkle and Liquid Aminos. Cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender; toss with parsley and olive oil.

Serves 6-8
