Creamy Vegan Lasagna

This creamy vegetable lasagna is layered with fresh veggies and cashew cream.

You’ll need:
Lasagna Noodles
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cashew Cream Sauce

For the Cream Sauce:
3/4 cups soaked Raw Cashews
1/3 cup Bragg Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp of Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 cup grated Violife America Parmesan
1/2 -2/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
Pinch of Nutmeg
Ground Pepper
Blended until creamy

Slice the squash and zucchini length wise and season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt & pepper.

Alternate lasagna noodles, sauce and filling until all ingredients are used up

Sprinkle top with grated parmesan and chopped parsley and then lightly cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour.
