Dr. Fuhrman talks about the cycle of food addiction, toxic hunger and overeating.  He tells how to break free from dieting forever.  Dr. Fuhrman shares how to promote weight loss in a manner that is healthy to live, not another diet.  He gives practical cooking and recipe suggestions that contribute to health and weight loss.
