1 cup tomatoes, chop
1 cup corn kernels
1 large turnip, dice
¼ cup soy or rice milk
½ tsp whole-grain flour
1 cup cabbage, chop
1 carrot, dice
1 onion, slice
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 cup dried lima beans (soak overnight)

Cook vegetables and lima beans in water until limas are soft. Season to taste with Liquid Aminos. Mix the flour with milk and stir into soup. Serve hot.

Serves 5.
