NUT PATTIES

1 cup almonds, ground

1 cup raw cashew butter

1 cup walnuts, ground

parsley, mince (as garnish)

1 cup pecans, ground

1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

1 cup peanuts, ground

walnut halves (as garnish)

Combine ground almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, cashew butter and Liquid Aminos to make patties. Cover each patty with parsley and place a walnut half on top center of each patty. Serve on bed of lettuce. Can be served with slices of avocado, zucchini, onion, tomato and cucumber. Serves 6.
