Holiday Sangria

Spice up your holiday parties with this delicious Sangria! 

1 sliced red apple
1 lemon wedge
1/4 cup of cranberries
1/4 cup of pomegranate
16 oz of pomegranate apple juice
3 tsp of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp of agave
1 chai tea bag
1/2 a cinnamon stick
2 star anise

1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Squeeze lemon wedge over sliced apple. Place sliced apple, cranberries, and pomegranate onto a baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
2. Combine juice with apple cider vinegar and agave. Heat a small pot on medium heat. Add cinnamon stick and star anise. Toast until you can smell spices. Pour in juice and bring to a boil.
3. Add chai tea bag and steep for about 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bag and remove fruit from oven and add to juice. Cover and allow to sit for 2 hours. Once ready strain and garnish with fresh sliced apples, pomegranate, and cranberries. Finish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
