Kale Chips Recipe

The perfect late night snack to help you sleep: Kale Chips! Spread kale out on a cookie sheet, drizzle Bragg Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spray with Bragg Liquid Aminos, sprinkle a healthy amount of Bragg Nutritional Yeast and bake at 200 degrees until crispy!

  2. I love Bragg’s apple cider vinegar! I add it and a little water to my pickle juice and drink it when I feel thirsty. It helps to dilute the sodium and add extra benefits to my digestion. It is addicting. It has helped me lose weight and feel great.
