2 cups brown rice, cook
2 red onions, chop
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1½ cups mushrooms, fresh
4 oz soy cheddar cheese, grate
Egg Replacer equal to 2 eggs
Bragg Organic Olive Oil
Wash and cook rice in boiling water until tender. Wash and roughly chop mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms and red onions in olive oil and Liquid Aminos for 10 minutes, then mix in Egg Replacer with the grated soy cheese, Sprinkle, nutritional yeast, onions, mushrooms and rice. Place in an oiled baking dish. Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
