2 cups carrots, slice
1 Tbsp mint leaves, mince
2 tsps raw honey
2 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil

Steam carrots in steamer basket until lightly done. Purée carrots, with liquid, olive oil and honey in blender. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serves 2-4.
