ROSEMARY AND WHITE BEAN SPREAD

1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil

1⅓ Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

2-15 oz cans white beans, drain and rinse

2 cloves garlic, mince

1 cup red onion, chop

1 tsp dried rosemary, chop

¼ tsp crushed red pepper

pinch of paprika, to garnish

⅓ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook and stir onions, garlic and rosemary until soft. Blend with remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to baking dish. Garnish with paprika and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
