SAUTÉED SOYBEAN SPROUTS AND ONIONS

1 pound soybean sprouts

4 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil

2 tsps Bragg Liquid Aminos

1 cup vegetable stock

2 red onions, chop

1½ Tbsps potato flour

4 Tbsps distilled water

½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

Lightly sauté sprouts and onions in olive oil. Add vegetable stock, Sprinkle and Liquid Aminos. Thicken with potato flour (or rice flour) and water made into paste and serve hot. Serves 4.
