4 artichokes

4 cloves garlic, slice

shake of Bragg Sprinkle

⅓ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil

¼ cup whole grain bread crumbs

1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Wash artichokes; insert sliced garlic in between the leaves. Place upright in steamer basket and steam until thoroughly tender (30-40 minutes). When done, remove all leaves, scrape the fibers out of the heart, leaving area hollow. Discard fibers. Scrape all the leaves of the artichoke, then mash this portion of the leaves with the olive oil, dried bread crumbs, Liquid Aminos and seasoning. Stuff artichoke hearts. Place under broiler to brown. Serves 4.
