STUFFED BAKED POTATOES

Bake three large russet potatoes at 400°F for one hour. When one, cut in half, scoop out up to 4 inch of the skin. Place the scooped out portion in a mixing bowl and add:

3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil

½ cup green onions, finely chop

1 cup soy cheese, grate

shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Combine and mash potato-onion mixture. Spoon into the half potato shells; add Sprinkle on top. Heat in 375°F oven for 10 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Serves 6.
