STUFFED MUSHROOMS

14 large mushrooms
3 Tbsps sunflower seeds, chop
½ cup raw wheat germ
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 Tbsps onions, mince
2 Tbsps soy cheddar cheese, grate
3 garlic cloves, mince
⅓ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
¼ cup sunflower seeds, chop or whole (for topping)

Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Top mushroom caps with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped or whole sunflower seeds. Lightly broil in pie tin until caps are tender.

Serves 4.
