14 large mushrooms

½ cup raw wheat germ

2 Tbsps onions, mince

3 garlic cloves, mince

¼ cup sunflower seeds,

 chop or whole (for topping)

3 Tbsps sunflower seeds, chop

1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

2 Tbsps soy cheddar cheese, grate

⅓ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil

Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Top
mushroom caps with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped or whole sunflower seeds. Lightly broil in pie tin until caps are tender. Serves 4.
