Avocado and Tomato Salad Bowl

Ingredients:
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
3 Tbsbs fresh lemon juice
4 tomatoes, cut into eighths
2 ripe avocados, chop
1 clove garlic, mash
2 cups mixed lettuce greens
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1/2 bunch of watercress
Bragg Ginger & Sesame Dressing (to taste)

Pour olive oil, Bragg Sprinkle, garlic and lemon juice over tomatoes, and chill.
Cut avocados lengthwise in half, remove pit, and chop.
Toss salad greens with tomatoes and avocados. Add Ginger & Sesame Dressing (to taste).

Serves 2-4.

HOME MADE PITA BREAD WITH AVOCADO, GREEN PEPPERS, ONION….

1 pkg active dry yeast
1 tsp raw honey
4 cups organic whole-wheat flour
2 cups warm distilled water
1 tsp Bragg Sprinkle

In a large bowl mix yeast, honey and flour together; then add water and Sprinkle and mix well. Cover and set aside in a warm place. Let rise until doubled. Punch down, divide into 12 balls. Put 2 cups flour on counter, roll balls out into circles about 8 inches thick. Place on un-greased cookie sheets to rise. Turn bread over gently with both hands while rising. Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes.

Makes 12 pitas.

When done add: Avocado, green pepper, onion, cucumber, sprouts & shred raw carrot & beet.

AVOCADO SOUP

AVOCADO SOUP

4 ripened avocados
1 small red onion
2 stalks celery, grate
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
4 cups distilled water
1 clove garlic
2 ripe tomatoes
shake of Bragg Kelp

Liquify smooth.  Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.

Serves 4.

AVOCADO DIP

2 avocados, mash
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 cloves garlic, mash
celery stalks
1 Tbsp Bragg Olive Oil
tomato, carrots and zucchini

Combine avocado, Liquid Aminos, Sprinkle, olive oil and garlic. Put mixture on celery stalks. Serve with carrots,
zucchini and tomato wedges on bed of lettuce if desired.
