3 cups cooked lima beans
3 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
2 Tbsps arrowroot flour
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 cup soy milk
½ cup whole-grain bread crumbs
Egg Replacer equal to 2 eggs

Add arrowroot flour to olive oil. Add soy milk gradually and stir over low heat until thick. Purée lima beans in blender
and add to sauce. Add Liquid Aminos, Sprinkle and Egg Replacer. Place in oiled casserole dish, cover with bread
crumbs and olive oil. Bake 15 minutes in 350°F oven.
