BLACK OLIVE SOUP

4½ cups soy milk
2¼ Tbsps whole-grain flour
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1½ cups black olives, pitted
1½ Tbsps onion, grate
3 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
½ cup cooked celery, dice
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Sauté onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Combine soy milk and onion. Blend in blender. Mix flour in 2 tablespoons olive oil, Liquid Aminos and Sprinkle. Mix with celery and olives. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Serves 6.
