The Duggar Family are Big Bragg Liquid Aminos and Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Fans

The Duggar Family are Big Bragg Liquid Aminos and Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Fans

The wonderful Duggar Family have been the stars of their own TLC reality television show 19 Kids and Counting for almost 5 years.   We have followed them in many daily family adventure and challenges and seen how great they work together as a family and a team. Their relationship is based on respect, love, strong Christian family values, teamwork and lots of planning. We were thrilled to know that the entire Duggar family love to use Bragg Liquid Aminos and Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in their daily cooking. The Duggars have created an entire website with family recipes and we have chosen to feature one of our favorites “Three Bean Chili” (see recipe below).

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were married in 1984 and since then added 19 healthy children, nine girls and ten boys (including two sets of fraternal twins) to their family.  Jim Bob and Michelle are  live by strong Christian values and having prayers before each meal, home school their children and spend very little time on TV and the Internet.

19 Kids and Counting just started their 5th season August3, 2010 and air every Tuesday evening at 9 pm on TLC (The Leaning Channel)  Check schedule here

THREE BEAN CHILI

2/3 cup pinto beans
2/3 cup great northern beans
2/3 cup small red beans or kidney
1 clove garlic
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
salt to taste
1 can of tomatoes
Anaheim pepper, whole to season, do not eat
1 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1
Tbsps Bragg Liquid Aminos
4 cups distilled water

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot & cook 6-8 hours on High. Bragg Liquid Aminos is much better than soy sauce, & makes a big difference in flavor.) We like to start the chili right before bed, cook it through the night & serve it for lunch the next day.  Double batch fills large crock-pot.
