STIR-FRY ASPARAGUS AND TOFU

16 oz package firm tofu, cube
2 cups asparagus, 1” cuts
½ cup cucumbers, thin slice
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
⅓ tsp chili spice, to taste

Cut drained tofu into cubes. Add Liquid Aminos, Sprinkle and tofu to hot skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and cucumbers. Sprinkle with chili spice as desired. Stir-fry 5 more minutes. Serve hot. Serves 2-4.

SPROUT – NUT – LENTIL PATTIES

3 cups lentil sprouts
2 cups celery, mince
2 cups fresh cut corn
1 cup yellow pea sprouts
3 green onions, mince
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 carrots, slice (as garnish)
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
1 cup raw almond or creamy peanut butter

Put sprouts, corn, celery and onions in food grinder. Add almond or peanut butter, Liquid Aminos and Sprinkle. Mix
well. Form into patties, garnish with carrot slices. Serves 4-6.
